»»Passenger Feedback Pushes United Airlines To Keep Free Meals on Transatlantic Flights

United Airlines has said that it will not charge for food in its coach class cabin on transatlantic flights.

The airline had previously said it would begin charging for coach-class meals on its flights to Europe from Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD).

However, after some customer feedback, United decided to not go through with the program and informed its customers by email.

If United had started to charge for meals on its flights to Europe it would have become the first airline to end free meals on long-haul flights.
