»»American Air Passengers Love In-flight Food Cooked by Celebrity Chef

According a survey conducted by Delta Air Line , American air passengers are willing to pay more for high-quality in-flight food.

Almost half of passengers polled by Delta admitted a desire for high-quality food, cooked by a celebrity chef, and a sixty per cent of fliers would be prepared to pay extra for that.

The survey reveals also that male passengers would rather drink alcohol en route to their destination, with a third of female fliers would enjoy an in-flight cocktail, yet almost half would rather have a ice cream.
